Raisin Valley Estates is a manufactured home community providing affordable housing for the 55 and older generation. We are located in a just north of Adrian and southwest of Tecumseh providing a country feel for our residents within a short drive for local amenities.

We are in the process of updating our community. All of our new homes and foundations are upgraded to comply with current HUD standards .

Our business hours for sales are Monday through Friday 10 am to 3 pm. After hours for resident emergencies only. Showings are by appointment only and scheduled times can be requested outside of normal business hours.
